How does marking capacity work?
Each plan gives you a pool of credits to spend however you like. Senior marking uses 2 credits; junior marking uses 1. So 6 credits lets you do any combination that fits — for example, 1 senior + 4 junior markings. Purchased pack credits never expire.
What happens when I run out?
You can still review and download existing markings — you just can't run new ones until you buy a pack, upgrade, or the month resets.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. Free and Pro monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month. Purchased pack credits are different: they never expire and roll over indefinitely.
Do packs include batch processing?
No. Packs give you more marking capacity for individual students. Batch processing, calibration, and custom checklists require a Pro subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a discount for multiple teachers at one school?
Yes — contact us for School plan pricing. We offer volume discounts and can invoice the school directly.
